Use of this platform in commercial venues — including but not limited to bars, restaurants, clubs, hotels, or any venue open to the paying public — is strictly prohibited without a separate commercial license.
By using this platform, you confirm that your event is private and non-commercial. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Copyright & Content Policy
Social Jukebox does not host, upload, store, or distribute any audio or video content. All media is streamed from third-party platforms through their official, publicly available APIs and embed features.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any content requested or played through the platform complies with applicable copyright laws and the terms of service of third-party platforms.
Social Jukebox acts solely as a technology intermediary and bears no liability for copyright infringement arising from user-selected content.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use Social Jukebox to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe the rights of any third party
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
- Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
5. Limitation of Liability
Social Jukebox is provided "as is" without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to copyright claims, data loss, or service interruptions.

7. Coming Soon: Business License
